GOOD IN THE HOOD and the $GOOD project are developed and supported by a United States-based development team operating through Good In The Hood, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company.

Good In The Hood, LLC supports project development, administration, branding, marketing, community initiatives, and ongoing operations associated with GOOD IN THE HOOD.

#The token and the company are distinct

The existence of a legal development entity does not change the nature of the $GOOD token. Acquiring or holding $GOOD does not make a holder a member, shareholder, partner, owner, creditor, or other equity holder of Good In The Hood, LLC. Holding $GOOD gives no:

• Equity in Good In The Hood, LLC;
• Membership interests in the LLC;
• Ownership of LLC assets;
• Dividends;
• Revenue sharing;
• Contractual distributions of company profits; or
• Voting rights concerning the internal management of Good In The Hood, LLC.

Good In The Hood, LLC and the $GOOD token are distinct.
